Kendra for Experiential Learning in Sustainable Agriculture(KELA)
Annadana Western Ghats in 12 hectares is located at Sharavathi Wildlife Sanctuary of the Western Ghats, India. Founded in June 2015 by Ashok Kamat, Managing Trustee, Annadana and steered by Cavery Kamat, Annadana Technical lead, & a landscape Architect. Situated in a landscape renowned for its outstanding natural beauty and bio-diversity, an Centre/Kendra for Experiential Learning in Sustainable Farming(KELSA) is being set up to examine and address problems associated with agricultural abandonment, soil degradation and water management.

KELSA has become a unique source of information for biological researchers, agronomists and environmentalists. Our training programs have attracted interns and visitors from across the globe.

Programs available – internships, workshops, home stay, ornithology.
Home stay – Rejuvenation program, an alcohol free zone.
